Feel the joy at the Sky summer party

SKY DAY EVENT IDENTITY
To increase staff satisfaction Sky put on a summer party for employees and their children, I was the design lead for the event across 2 different UK sites. I worked from concept and pitch through to delivery. The concept of "Circus meets Festival" was used for the branding, signage, posters, props, wristbands, maps and t-shirts linking the messages at all touch points throughout the sites. 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- 92% of Sky staff guests attending the event feeling Sky is a great place to work
- Overall sentiment score for the entire event was 4.5 out of 5
